Wishin' & Hopin' & Prayin' & Seekin'

This week I have spent quite a bit of time seeking out rental properties in the Bentonville area. Josh and I are ready to move out of our current duplex rental and into a much better one, as well as a better neighborhood. We are actually going about finding a rental in a little bit different manner than most. We have contacted a real estate agent to pull a list of homes on the market in the range that we could afford to buy. However we have the intentions to determine if they are willing to lease the home to us for the amount we can afford with a possible opportunity at the end of the lease term to purchase it. The realtor sent us a list of about 30 homes between $90,000 and
$110, 000. We narrowed that list down to about 10 that we really like and want to find out what the sellers are willing to work out with us. We are going to go look at the ones that meet our criteria on Monday afternoon. I have to say I am super excited about moving to a nicer place and neighborhood. I am, however, not looking forward to packing and moving. That process just takes so long.
